KOFU Multidisciplinary artist

Kofu (b. 1995), artistic alias for Moriamo Ahmed, is a Finnish-born Nigerian multidisciplinary artist - spoken word, vocal harmonies, violin, and experimental synthesis form the sonic character of Kofu’s being.

Based and raised in Helsinki, they have long explored the inner workings of their mind through music, performance, and poetry. Like many individuals of the ever-growing diaspora, Kofu’s work revolves around concepts of love and identity, and the strain it causes when the two don’t meet. Through words, they seek to reach into the obstacles that plague their everyday life, including themes of depression, existential crisis and the occasional proclamations of love, and make sense of them.

Kofu has performed at the inaugural Helsinki Music Week, Mad House Helsinki, and Kontula Electronic. They released their debut EP in the absence of apathy in April 2025 via acclaimed label Émotsiya Music, established by local electronic music visionary and sweetheart Katerina Andonov.

Trio Tresensus Ensemble

Trio Tresensus -  synthesis of three instruments and feelings which brings the audience into the world of undiscovered sounds, moods and atmospheres. Since December 2015, three musicians from Latvia - Līga Griķe (kokle), Aigars Raumanis (saxophone), Uģis Upenieks (percussions) - have united in a musical journey in search of new colors, thoughts and viewpoints.

The ensemble, consisting of students and graduates of Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music, has participated in many festivals at their home country, promoting the Latvian national instrument Kokle as a concert instrument for the contemporary classical concert hall. Trio Tresensus has collaborated with several contemporary Latvian composers and more than twenty pieces have been dedicated to this unique ensemble. Tresensus’ repertoire also includes self-arranged pieces from folk songs and music from the baroque period and minimalist and rhythmic music of the 21st century.

The main goal of Trio Tresensus is to collaborate with peer composers and look for new possibilities and colors in music and to bring the works of the youngest Latvian composers to concert halls and festivals.

Kokle. Saxophone. Percussions. Three very different and powerful instruments that come together in a unique world of unheard music and sound.

I‍ris Bernoulli ‍Visual artist and composer

Iris Bernoulli is a Helsinki-based visual artist and composer working across sound, objects and space, currently studying at the Sibelius Academy.

Her work explores the tension between the sacred and the mundane. Recurring materials such as gold transform everyday objects and environments into ambiguous, ritual-like situations where humour, shame, and physicality coexist. A toilet may become a sanctuary, and a score may appear as a visual surface rather than a readable system.

Moving between music and visual art, Bernoulli creates spaces where listening and looking intertwine. Her work invites the audience into poetic and subtly absurd situations in which meaning remains open.
